Node Hover Status Error Console Link

On hover should say:\ {status}. {node_slug}/{model account slug}. Click to open Console If error state - also show error. No lengthly explanations of what the word "running" means, or other obvious things  Also remove explanations of everything obvious and self-explanatory from anywhere in the app - add it to single home of UI/UX. User needs to see information that is valuable and changing, not dictionary articles on screen

Status hover now reads "{status}. node/model/account. Click to open Console", with Failed/Paused reasons; ~375 obvious strings cut app-wide; rule in ui-copy-standards. Full gate green, PR #5002 merged, Jaah Deploy succeeded. Follow-up task refused (R30), listed in report.
