Use context architecture skill to scrub all old documentation, including instructions, specs, trackers, ADRs - delete everything superseeded and stale, remove references to historical decisions, delete duplicates, single home everything and make sure all documentation is accessible from CLAUDE.md router in a few steps

Outcome

Docs audit found tree already clean; deleted speculative infra-cli section, added router keywords. Full gate green, PR #4913 merged. Post-merge test-stack e2e failures are unrelated to the docs-only diff. Deeper reworded-duplicate scan deferred.
