Consolidate Documentation Under CLAUDE.md Router
Use context architecture skill to scrub all old documentation, including instructions, specs, trackers, ADRs - delete everything superseeded and stale, remove references to historical decisions, delete duplicates, single home everything and make sure all documentation is accessible from CLAUDE.md router in a few steps
Outcome
Deleted 7 uncited lessons and 1 uncited research file, stripped task-number provenance from living docs/ADRs; the router already reaches every doc. Full gate green, PR #4651 merged. Also added nodevault fields to the stale API reference.
