Change documentation sitemap and any refs along with their automated generation: - Dev location: <https://dev.jaah.ai/docs> - Main location: https://app.jaah.ai/docs Implement some SEO optimization techniques for the pages to be better indexed. Should not affect usability or quality of content.

Outcome

Docs moved to their own host (docs.jaah.ai; docs.dev.jaah.ai noindex). Console /docs 301s there and its robots.txt now admits /docs/ only; sitemap lastmod/priority, OG card, JSON-LD. Full gate green; PR #4531 merged. api.jaah.ai deferred.
