User-Specific Mute for Features and Projects

Tasks / Features: Mute / Unmute a feature or project. When muted the feature's or project's tasks only show up when the it is selected. When any other upper level is selected the tasks of that feature/project are hidden. Show the feature a little grayed out When muted, the pills with the number ofwaiting/stopped/etc and completion wheel are not displayed. This is a user-only selection - it does not affect other users. Add setting to feature: Show Progress (initial for all: off). The completion wheel is only shown when Show Progress: on. Essentially it is a task bucket/folder rather than feature.

Outcome

Shipped per-user Mute for projects/features (hidden above, greyed, no pills/ring, parents exclude) and shared feature Show progress (default off, gates ring + header bar). Full gate green; PR #4518 merged (f0ec24f48).
