Docs-writer run. Follow apps/docs/WRITER.md on develop exactly, for ONE feature. Sign in only with the roster credential it names. End with no PR if the backlog is empty.

Outcome

Docs-writer: empty backlog, no PR. /projects stale but not on prod yet (Task 5053). Only miss-log candidate /tasks already verified against current prod today (Tasks 5079/5081); re-capture byte-identical.
