Project Node Popup Trigger Association Check

The node was assigned to the project but it would not show up on the popup for a long time. Check that the trigger is the association. Also make sure the wizard link bring user to the exact page and tab where it can be accomplished ![image.png](attachment:img-Ad_f3WRjWk.png)

Outcome

An assignment save now refreshes the setup card, and Assign nodes links to /projects/<first project>?tab=worktrees. Full gate green, visual check done, PR #4481 merged (790f5a11c).
