Allow Generic credentials with URL pattern validation

Directory / Secrets - Generic Login / Pwd and Generic API key: allow any entry that matches {any_protocol}://{any host name or IP address}{optional port}. protocol and port part are optional and may be absent. If the URL does not match the pattern still allow it, do not refuse user entry, just make it yellow with on-hover brief message that the url might not be propertly formed. Do not refuse anything in Generic creds

Generic Login/Pwd, Generic API Key and REST custom connectors now save any URL; an odd one turns yellow with a hover warning, and Test is disabled unless the URL is http(s). Quick gate green; PR #8018 merged and the Jaah Deploy run succeeded. Visual check done. Memory: none applied.
