Fix Easy Mode project pages hiding

Task 13987 · Done · Coder · created · updated

Found while verifying Task 13448 (Easy Mode wizard) on dev, project "Wizard 13448" in org t13444-easy. Suggestions: 1. An Easy Mode project's task list shows the "Set up, then start tasks" strip asking to Add compute, AI account and Connect Git. Jaah already supplied all three (shared node, Jaah AI, Jaah-owned repo). Hide those steps, or mark them done, for an Easy Mode project. 2. After an Easy create, the wizard lands on the project's General tab, which shows the repository table and Default agent/persona, with no sign of the app or its "Setting up" state. Land on the app panel (C9) once it exists, or show the app's state on General. 3. An Easy app whose provisioning failed (e.g. `aws_lambda`: Lambda concurrency quota not granted) shows nothing on the project page. Surface the failure and Retry where the member lands (C9's panel, if it covers this). Out of scope: the wizard itself (Task 13448); the app panel's build if C9 already covers items 2 and 3 — then close this as duplicate of C9. Done means: - On dev, an Easy Mode project's task list shows no Add compute / AI account / Connect Git prompt. - After an Easy create, the member sees the app's address and state ("Setting up", "Live" or "Failed" with Retry) without hunting for it. - `./dc check quick` green.

Outcome

Items 1 and 3 already shipped (13989 setup fold, C9 panel), proven by tests. Fixed the remaining gap: the App panel now re-reads until the app settles, so "Setting up" turns Live/Failed without a reload. Quick gate green; PR #7992 queued. Visual check not rendered (markup unchanged).
