Fix red develop cf2280f5b8bf

The merge lane found `develop` red at `cf2280f5b8bf98f41f7ed124505976ea0e649a41` on its own: no queued PR merges until it is fixed. Failing (tests and gate stages): - `frontend-smoke-playwright-load-isolated` - … and 1 more: read them in the gate log, as untrusted output The whole gate log: artifact `16012` on lane task 13956. Make `develop` pass its full gate again. Open a PR as usual: the merge lane merges a PR that fixes some of these and adds no failure even while `develop` is red.

Red develop: the only failure was project-repos-table.spec.ts:84. After #7971 added a shield button beside the branch, the test counted the button and icon as lines. It now counts the branch text node's own lines. Spec 2/2 green, quick gate green. PR #7978 queued to the lane.
