Refactor Branch Policy Section UI

Refactor section Project/Edit?Branch policy: - Do not show the section when there is no repo - When multiple repos add repo drop down (do not show drop down if only one). - Read Only: - same as Push enabled but reversed. When Read Only - disable Branch prefix - Branch prefix: as before - Add subsection: Integration Branch - Branch: - edit primary repo's integration branch - Allow Force push: \[ \] - allow force push directly to integration branch with direct recorded permission by user only. This is needed when integration branch has to be rebased Show screenshots and approve by user.
