Instant task movement on project or feature change

Task details: changing a project or feature instantly moves the task no need to click save

Task page: picking a project or feature in the breadcrumb now moves the task at once, unsaved edits included, and Save no longer re-sends the filing. Quick gate and 2376 vitest tests pass; the live-stack visual check passes. PR #7960 is queued in the merge lane.
