Identify top 5 opportunities to massively reduce the amount of code (lines of code) in any part of the repo: - Similar functionality that can be unified and reused - Code that has been valuable but no more - A front end component or a group of them duplicate another component/page functionality. Use the most modern and nice looking - etc. Now implement them :)

Folded five repeated mechanisms into one home each (Production QA test worlds + recorder event parsing, operator alarm + SigV4 assembly, web NodeLink vocab + test factories, trigger worlds): net −146 lines over 38 files, no behaviour change. Quick gate, changed-area suites and blind review lanes green. "Massively" not met on this already-deduped tree; real numbers in the report. PR #7946 queued to the merge lane.
