Fix red develop d1af53993e01

The merge lane found `develop` red at `d1af53993e01f465ac31955ab16306e137dfb8ec` on its own: no queued PR merges until it is fixed. Failing (tests and gate stages): - `tests/test_live_cast_engine.py::test_a_run_killed_mid_way_resumes_after_restart_and_pays_each_item_once` - `api-unit-dc-test` The whole gate log: artifact `15708` on lane task 13659. Make `develop` pass its full gate again. Open a PR as usual: the merge lane merges a PR that fixes some of these and adds no failure even while `develop` is red.

Already fixed by 8f011a24cb (Task 13658, PR #7939). On develop a5c23f02a7 the killed-run test passes and the full API unit stage is green (32001 passed, 0 failed). No PR. Memory: none applied.
