Enable Figma credential testing for Connect rows
A `figma` credential created with **Connect Figma** has no pasted personal access token, so its Test answers "unsupported" ("No personal access token on this credential - a Connect-only row has no Test"). A Connect row does hold an access token, `account` and `expiry_date`. Observed 2026-11-03 by running the shipped tester against the roster row `me/figma`.
Make the Test of a Connect-written Figma row call `GET https://api.figma.com/v1/me` with the row's cached access token, sent as `Authorization: Bearer`. Keep the `X-Figma-Token` path for a pasted personal access token. If the cached token has expired, say "renews before next use", the same wording the catalog OAuth Test uses (`credentials/testers.py::_catalog_http`).
Out of scope: Figma OAuth scopes, the provider's endpoints, any other vendor.
Done means:
- A unit test: a Connect-only figma row with an access token tests green with "Connected to Figma as <email>". Another: an expired cached token answers "unsupported" with the renew sentence.
- The live Test of the roster row `me/figma` on dev passes.
Outcome
Figma Connect rows now Test via cached token as Bearer on /v1/me; expired → renew sentence. Also fixed develop image build (check_docs_build COPY). Gate green, PR #7915 merged; live me/figma test green; deploy superseded. Memory: proposed 1 gotcha
