Change default user for organization or project background

This task is supposed to use the user specified for Org/project background task. Why do we have [admin@example.com](mailto:admin@example.com) here? That can be overriden by the same field Run as in Automation but now the defauld in all automation should be use default (project->org) ![1000036470.png](attachment:img-0C_hQBDnhT.png)

Outcome

Background jobs and all automation tasks now run as one resolved person: automation "Run as" (new picker) → project → org "Run jobs as" → org's first Owner/Admin. PR #7878 merged (89efcc534c); its deploy was superseded by a newer one. Visual check done.
