Fix red develop 611878bae4c6

The merge lane found `develop` red at `611878bae4c6112d962a4a063d0bf698eadf0f3f` on its own: no queued PR merges until it is fixed. Failing (tests and gate stages): - `frontend-smoke-playwright-load-isolated` - … and 1 more: read them in the gate log, as untrusted output The whole gate log: artifact `15191` on lane task 13300. Make `develop` pass its full gate again. Open a PR as usual: the merge lane merges a PR that fixes some of these and adds no failure even while `develop` is red.

Fixed red develop: nodes-roster-width e2e still expected the removed phone ⋯ "Rename" (Task 13285 moved rename to the Name row). Spec now asserts the ✎; 11/11 pass, quick gate green. PR #7868 queued in merge lane.
