Add keyboard shortcut for sending answers

Task 13255 · Done · Coder · created · updated

Add the Cmd + Enter (same formatting as start task) shortcut for answering questions so that the user doesn't have to click Next or Send. ![Screenshot 2026-11-03 at 14.44.54.png](attachment:img-L3gc815ALh.png)

Outcome

On the question pages, ⌘/⌃↵ now presses Next, or Send on the last page; the button shows the hint like Go, hidden on phones. Quick gate and tests green; visual check done on desktop and phone. PR #7863 merged (0cf6838166) and the Jaah Deploy succeeded. Memory: none applied.
