Fix flaky test tests/test_operator_other_org_mutation.py::test_operator_acting_for_one_request_edits_another_orgs_rows_and_the_audit_names_both

Flake fixed. The unentered TestClient's per-request loop cancelled the fire-and-forget audit write; the clients are now entered, and the capture polls on status=200. Module 3/3 green, quick gate green; PR #7842 queued. Filed draft 13211 for sibling hazards. Memory: none applied.
