Identify and implement top 5 code reduction

Identify top 5 opportunities to massively reduce the amount of code (lines of code) in any part of the repo: - Similar functionality that can be unified and reused - Code that has been valuable but no more - A front end component or a group of them duplicate another component/page functionality. Use the most modern and nice looking - etc. Now implement them :)

Five cuts shipped (PR #7814, queued in the merge lane): agent toolbox routes on one factory; one home for console origin, redaction and ISO helpers; retired NodeOut.nodelink_enabled; web popover styles, focus ring and relay helper single-homed; dead web re-exports. Net −136 lines; quick gate, stack suites and three blind lanes green. Not massive: prior sweeps took the large folds, as the report states.
