Outcome

Yumapos Marketing RU unblocked: its clone ran as the wrong GitHub account; I changed the clone owner to Nick and 12676/12430 launched. PR #7794 merged and deployed: names the clone owner, preflights Retry, drops the stale cached login. Gate green. Draft #12910 filed.
