Fix red develop df0f952c32c0

The merge lane found `develop` red at `df0f952c32c0519ad8c092bff0b51cf917d2780e` on its own: no queued PR merges until it is fixed. Failing (tests and gate stages): - `tests/test_tasks_routes_listing.py::test_exclude_done_keeps_the_task_the_term_names` - `api-unit-dc-test` The whole gate log: artifact `14578` on lane task 12880. Make `develop` pass its full gate again. Open a PR as usual: the merge lane merges a PR that fixes some of these and adds no failure even while `develop` is red.

Already fixed: the integer overflow in test_exclude_done_keeps_the_task_the_term_names was fixed by 7746a27 (Task 12878), which landed after df0f952. On develop beead9cfae the listing suite passes (24/24). No PR.
