Task form: Change word Ctrl/Cmd to a corresponding symbol

Shortcut hints now use symbols: Go shows ⌘↵ on Apple and ⌃↵ elsewhere, and the editor link hover reads ⌘/⌃+click. One shared helper in ui/modifierKey.ts. Quick gate green, visual check done on the live stack. PR #7783 queued to the merge lane. Memory: used mem-25288.
