Handle revised questions in sent batches
When user revises the question on the batch that was sent already. The system injects that updated answer with the prompt similar to when the description is changed
Outcome
Revised answers from a delivered batch now reach the runner: typed into an active runner (new answer, or withdrawn) or labelled in a parked runner's next hand-off. Quick gate + suites green; PR #7770 merged 006292f7; its deploy was superseded by a newer one. Memory: none applied.
