Fix template popup auto-close after starting task
When starting a task/epic from a template, the pop-up doesn't automatically disappear, and you have to click Cancel
Outcome
Template Start dialog now closes after starting. A refused start opens the draft with an error toast, and the shape line no longer repeats a word. Docs updated. Quick gate and tests green; visual check done. PR #7767 merged (9e2d21a); its deploy was replaced by a newer one.
