Fix Depends on search bar task lookup

The Depends on search bar cannot find tasks based on the link, forcing the user to manually type in the task's id ![Screenshot 2026-11-02 at 18.24.47.png](attachment:img-mLaD7hHowp.png)

Outcome

Depends on now finds a task by its pasted app/dev.jaah.ai link. The shared ?q= search matches only that task, and a done task named by link or number can be picked; epic siblings follow the same rules. PR #7768 merged after the full gate passed; Jaah Deploy succeeded. Visual check passed.
