Add keyboard shortcut for task execution

UX improvement suggestion. When creating a new task, add a Cmd/Ctrl + Enter shortcut to start the execution of the new task. Show "Go (Ctrl+Enter)" on the web (hide on mobile size) Anywhere on the form

Outcome

Cmd/Ctrl+Enter anywhere on the task form (create + edit) presses Go; Go shows "Go (Ctrl+Enter)" / ⌘ on Apple, hidden ≤480px. Quick gate + 342 vitest green; visual check done (desktop label, phone plain Go). PR #7765 queued. Memory: used mem-25288.
