Identify and implement top five code reduction

Identify top 5 opportunities to massively reduce the amount of code (lines of code) in any part of the repo: - Similar functionality that can be unified and reused - Code that has been valuable but no more - A front end component or a group of them duplicate another component/page functionality. Use the most modern and nice looking - etc. Now implement them :)

Five code-volume cuts, net −663 lines over 31 files, no behaviour change: engine selftest de-twinned against pytest (−544), web label/tone/glyph maps folded to one record each (−93), web fact rows on the kit (−21), adapters' secret prelude single-homed (−5), mypy baseline shrink. Quick gate + review lanes green; PR #7757 merged by the lane (b85ad058), Jaah Deploy green. Two folds measured and reverted (jaahd writes −3, deploy recorders −1); larger wins need owner calls (legacy runtime, CP floor, GitHub OAuth, json11, NodeGroupDialog). Visual check done: Catalog and Automations render cleanly at 1440 and 448px. Memory: used mem-25288; proposed 1 qa.
