Display warning when removing only repository

Outcome

Repositories table now warns "Save leaves this project without a repository: tasks run in an empty folder." when the only stored repo is removed. Quick gate + 394 vitest green; desktop/phone visual check clean. PR #7742 queued in merge lane.
