Reset organization configuration wizard for Robert Zakiev

Task 12697 · Done · Coder · created · updated

For the Robert Zakiev organization, reset the configuration wizard so that the org must be set up from scratch once again That should happen automatically when any of the following is missing: node, connection to git, project

Outcome

A finished org now restarts setup on its own when it loses a live node, an admin's Git connection or its project, and operators get a Customer › Setup · Reset link. Quick gate and tests passed. PR #7745 merged and deployed to dev. Deferred: pressing Reset for Robert Zakiev's org on prod after promotion to main.
