Add warning when deleting only GitHub credentials
If the user attempts to delete their only GitHub credentials from Secrets, Jaah should prompt them with a warning that reads:
> Deleting the only set of GitHub credentials will prevent Jaah from implementing any new functionality.
It's kinda obvious but this guardrail should probably be there
Outcome
The Secrets delete confirm (single and bulk) now warns before deleting the viewer's last visible GitHub secret. Quick gate and 97 tests green; the visual check at desktop and phone width showed the warning reading cleanly. PR #7743 merged (5153914); a newer deploy superseded its deploy. Assumed "GitHub" means the `github` token type only.
