Make arrow visibility more visible

Task 12635 · Done · Coder · created · updated

Make the arrow more visible. Give me options ![image.png](attachment:img-rZFeAHkP_8.png)

Outcome

Board creator→assignee arrow is now a heavy ➜ at 11px in the secondary tone (operator's pick of 4 options). Quick gate and 1765 task tests green; the visual check shows it clearly visible with no clipping. PR #7728 is queued to the lane. Memory: used mem-34684, mem-31277.
