Review Security Hub findings (jaah security account), especially from the standards and fix top 5 that would close the gap the most

Outcome

Security Hub read live: 386 controls pass, 9 fail. Shipped an OOM shield for the SSM/GuardDuty/tailscale agents in the jaah package (SSM.1/SSM.3 root cause), closed CloudFormation.3 live on both yumapos stacks, updated R-SOC-62/63. PR #7721 queued in the merge lane. Deferred: operator reboot of jaah-node-pool-c-host; six controls in jaah-ai/sales and jaah-ai/yumapos-boss; CloudFormation.4 role in the org root. No UI surface affected. Memory: used mem-34318; none proposed.
