Fix red develop 71703ca67691

The merge lane found `develop` red at `71703ca67691e4556d10af4410bbac3dbf36e0ad` on its own: no queued PR merges until it is fixed. Failing (tests and gate stages): - `frontend-smoke-playwright-load-isolated` - … and 1 more: read them in the gate log, as untrusted output The whole gate log: artifact `14198` on lane task 12561. Make `develop` pass its full gate again. Open a PR as usual: the merge lane merges a PR that fixes some of these and adds no failure even while `develop` is red.

Fixed red develop: Jarvis view status query no longer persisted across reload (12551's pagehide flush restored a fresh "live"). command-center e2e 6/6, quick gate green, reviews pass; PR #7717 queued to lane. Memory: none applied.
