Fix red develop e66599059270

The merge lane found `develop` red at `e665990592709b4de45d404ff8b5aedf1c3b9533` on its own: no queued PR merges until it is fixed. Failing (tests and gate stages): - `frontend-unit-vitest` - … and 1 more: read them in the gate log, as untrusted output The whole gate log: artifact `14182` on lane task 12549. Make `develop` pass its full gate again. Open a PR as usual: the merge lane merges a PR that fixes some of these and adds no failure even while `develop` is red.

Fixed red develop: useEditRecord dropped a read sharing initialData's ms (dataUpdatedAt tie); fence now compares stamp+data, load reads cache row. Repro test + object-row test; quick gate green; PR #7715 queued to lane. Memory: none applied.
