Fix red develop eb8ba685ec4f

The merge lane found `develop` red at `eb8ba685ec4f1c9b6a49747daee12ca52f337227` on its own: no queued PR merges until it is fixed. Failing (tests and gate stages): - `tests/test_task_model.py::test_task_table_has_expected_columns` - `api-unit-dc-test` The whole gate log: artifact `14093` on lane task 12495. Make `develop` pass its full gate again. Open a PR as usual: the merge lane merges a PR that fixes some of these and adds no failure even while `develop` is red.

Fixed red develop: added tasks.runner_view (from f3a3052a83) to the column inventory in test_task_model.py; quick gate green; PR #7694 queued to the merge lane. Memory: none applied.
