Fix red develop 4a8614edaede

The merge lane found `develop` red at `4a8614edaede8b86a2132dea8f900e1a9dbc5d40` on its own: no queued PR merges until it is fixed. Make `develop` pass its full gate again. Open a PR as usual: the merge lane merges a PR that fixes some of these and adds no failure even while `develop` is red.

#7680 had already fixed the reported red (shop/connected_world, break_glass_warning). PR #7681 fixes the newer test_user_edit red from #7674 (task_hidden_columns default); quick gate and affected suites green; queued to the lane.
