API Support for Batch Question Answers

Sending answers to questions should not be sequential. The API must support a full round of answers in one call

Outcome

Added POST /api/tasks/{id}/input-requests/answers: one call answers or skips a round of questions. Each entry is saved on its own, and the runner is woken once. The task page and console chat now use it. Quick gate green; merged as 724fe40. I could not watch the post-merge deploy: jaah-forge has no run-listing verb.
