Reduce codebase size by implementing top five

Identify top 5 opportunities to massively reduce the amount of code (lines of code) in any part of the repo: - Similar functionality that can be unified and reused - Code that has been valuable but no more - A front end component or a group of them duplicate another component/page functionality. Use the most modern and nice looking - etc. Now implement them :)

21st reduction sweep: every lens (import graphs, knip, jscpd, test audit) finds the floor — no dead module, function or fixture. Shipped the 3 cuts that exist (-27 net: two billing confirms onto useConfirm, one dead fixture helper); the direct console (~8k lines, off on every node, ADR-0082/0152) named as the one large candidate, an operator decision.
