Fit Production QA tab on 1440x900 window

The project editor's Production QA tab (apps/web/src/components/projects/ProjectProductionQaTab.tsx) scrolls at 1440x900: 1029px of content in an 871px scrollport (measured 2026-11-01, Task 12404), so its Save sits below the fold. Suggestions: - Put Reverts' policy select on the same row as Deploys' two fields, or beside Regression's four numbers, instead of a section of its own. - Lay Probes' Health URLs and Smoke commands side by side, each label and its Add button on one line. - Merge "Connect deploys" and "Automations" status into one compact row (state + action each). - Once it fits, flip `{ tab: 'Production QA', measured: false }` in apps/web/e2e/project-edit-tabs.spec.ts back to measured. Out of scope: the tab's behaviour, API, or any other project tab. Done means: - apps/web/e2e/project-edit-tabs.spec.ts passes with Production QA measured (no `measured: false`). - A 1440x900 screenshot of the tab shows every section and its Save without scrolling.

Compacted the Production QA tab: Revert policy in Deploys row, probe lists side by side, Connect deploys + Automations on one row. Fits 1440x900 (871/871px); spec measures it again. Quick gate green; visual check done. PR #7669 queued. Memory: none applied.
