Top five code reduction opportunities and implementation

Identify top 5 opportunities to massively reduce the amount of code (lines of code) in any part of the repo: - Similar functionality that can be unified and reused - Code that has been valuable but no more - A front end component or a group of them duplicate another component/page functionality. Use the most modern and nice looking - etc. Now implement them :)

Repo is at its mechanical floor (jscpd 0.03%, no dead module/export). Implemented 2 of the top 5: guard re-export shim + duplicate parser asserts folded (-58), task-form prop block folded (-9). Deferred: identity rev-2 contraction (2-release migration), older-node compat fields (node-currency read refused), legacy repo_url keys. Quick gate green; visual check done, both form halves unchanged. PR #7594 queued to the lane.
