Identify and propose fixes for ten bugs causing

Look at all the errors and clutter - too many errors, something is going on, while the user is doing nothing. Responses are too slow - 10 sec etc. Find what these bugs are. There should be no errors. Propose to 10 bugs to fix 

Found 10 bugs behind the idle Tasks page's cancelled, repeated and slow reads. Fixed the top 4 (relay doubling slow reads, off-screen expanded-row refreshes, setup and counts reads cancelling each other) in PR #7576, now merged; quick gate passed. The other 6 are draft Task 12183. Visual check: page renders, 0 failed reads, 0 console errors. Memory: none applied.
