Reduce repository code by implementing top five

Identify top 5 opportunities to massively reduce the amount of code (lines of code) in any part of the repo: - Similar functionality that can be unified and reused - Code that has been valuable but no more - A front end component or a group of them duplicate another component/page functionality. Use the most modern and nice looking - etc. Now implement them :)

Implemented the five largest real reductions: retired legacy console addresses end to end, collapsed exact-clone test blocks, one AbsoluteStamp + sort cycle, one daemon JSON helper, retired /orgs/:id. 86 files, −502 net lines. Quick gate green; PR #7560 queued in the merge lane. Assumed "massive" = largest reductions in an already single-home-gated repo; eleven leads rejected with evidence. Visual check done: schedule ledger, stamps, retired addresses all land right. Memory: used mem-32217; proposed 1 gotcha, 1 qa.
