Reduce repository code size through consolidation and refactoring

Identify top 5 opportunities to massively reduce the amount of code (lines of code) in any part of the repo: - Similar functionality that can be unified and reused - Code that has been valuable but no more - A front end component or a group of them duplicate another component/page functionality. Use the most modern and nice looking - etc. Now implement them :)

Measured first (vulture, export scans, clone windows): no massive dead block remains after five prior passes. Folded 5 re-spelled mechanisms into one home each (web test routers→answerGet, LinkButton+loginNode, phoneColumnOrder, jaahd handover reader, dead export): net −736 lines/169 files, quick gate + 12,605 web tests + jaahd suites green, review lane pass, visual check done (Accounts, Hosting products, Efficiency clean). PR #7554 queued to the merge lane. Deferred with gates: legacy shared-accounts alias mount (~1.5–2k lines, cp_psql refused) and legacy offset paging (needs Page[T] on audit endpoints).
