The merge lane found `develop` red at `950d2a36b88c1a7f62cdd597cc36c216fed58084` on its own: no queued PR merges until it is fixed. Failing (tests and gate stages): - `frontend-unit-vitest` - … and 1 more: read them in the gate log, as untrusted output The whole gate log: artifact `13322` on lane task 11996. Make `develop` pass its full gate again. Open a PR as usual: the merge lane merges a PR that fixes some of these and adds no failure even while `develop` is red.

Outcome

Restored PlanPicker + PlanEndedBanner (wrongly deleted as dead in #7530; loaded via edition globs) — fixes the red vitest. Quick gate green; 233 targeted tests pass. PR #7531 queued in the merge lane. Memory: none applied.
