Identify and implement top 5 code reduction

Identify top 5 opportunities to massively reduce the amount of code (lines of code) in any part of the repo: - Similar functionality that can be unified and reused - Code that has been valuable but no more - A front end component or a group of them duplicate another component/page functionality. Use the most modern and nice looking - etc. Now implement them :)

Five semantic folds, −1,011 lines / 297 files: global vitest teardown (−542), retired columns/table unmapped (−190), web test builders (−116), from_row/pick in api routes (−97), seed.prefixed wrappers (−88). Quick gate, changed suites, blind review+security+verifier lanes green. PR #7497 queued to the merge lane. Deferred: Terraform folds, purge_for teardown, the physical DROP. Jaah Deploy watch not possible from this session (lane merges after settle). Memory: used mem-31667, mem-31297; proposed 1 gotcha, 1 qa.
