Fix red develop 642eaa0bb247

The merge lane found `develop` red at `642eaa0bb247580072f789cdf5ba42cf264f0a07` on its own: no queued PR merges until it is fixed. Failing (tests and gate stages): - `mirror-trees-strict` - `community-edition-tooling-suite` The whole gate log: artifact `12965` on lane task 11776. Make `develop` pass its full gate again. Open a PR as usual: the merge lane merges a PR that fixes some of these and adds no failure even while `develop` is red.

develop red already fixed by PR #7476 (Task 11779, 4fb647154); both stages pass on 86bf835bb. Closed my conflicting duplicate PR #7475. Memory: none applied.
