Fix community edition tree check orphans
On develop (at 66be6d2ab9, after 39931ad76d "fold five families of copied mechanisms", Task 11727), `python3 tools/community_edition/build_tree.py <dir> && python3 tools/community_edition/check_tree.py <dir>` reports 1 finding: `[orphans] apps/jaahd/rootlib/*.py: a shipped module imports it now — drop it from [check] carried`. Dropping that `carried` line in `tools/community_edition/manifest.toml` alone is not enough: 7 rootlib modules (e.g. `subids.py`, `uplink_watch.py`) then report "no shipped module imports it… a cloud-only module the edition map should name". Fix the manifest/edition map so the tree check is clean: carry or entrypoint only the rootlib modules the shipped code imports, and name the cloud-only ones in `packages/editions/features.toml`.
Out of scope: any other community-edition change; behaviour changes to jaahd.
Done means: `python3 tools/community_edition/build_tree.py /tmp/le && python3 tools/community_edition/check_tree.py /tmp/le` reports 0 findings on the branch; `python3 -m pytest tools/tests/test_editions.py` passes.
Outcome
Already shipped by Task 11779 (4fb647154): rootlib glob replaced by the 8 named orphan modules. CE tree check reports 0 findings on develop; test_editions.py 58 passed. No PR. Memory: none applied.
