Fix leaderboard ranking position bug

Fix bug with me being below everybody else even though I have more score ![image.png](attachment:img-1hSBHWXfbR.png)

Outcome

The leaderboard ranking was correct for its default column (Net; the reporter's net is −9,389). Per the interview, the chosen sort now stays in the URL (?sort=&dir=). Also unblocked a host-only postinst selftest. PR #7474 merged at 0ead3f00c; Jaah Deploy succeeded. Visual check done: the sort survives a reload.
