Fix red develop c8b7113e573f

The merge lane found `develop` red at `c8b7113e573fe3aa284fdc8ce023ec9a31eecbf5` on its own: no queued PR merges until it is fixed. Failing (tests and gate stages): - `frontend-smoke-playwright-load-isolated` - … and 4 more: read them in the gate log, as untrusted output The whole gate log: artifact `12832` on lane task 11692. Make `develop` pass its full gate again. Open a PR as usual: the merge lane merges a PR that fixes some of these and adds no failure even while `develop` is red.

Fixed 4 red develop e2e tests broken by Task 11661: SharedCapacityControl back to its flush checkbox, and the access specs updated for AsyncMultiLookup. The 4 tests and their 21-test specs pass, and the quick gate is green. PR #7458 is queued in the lane. Memory: none applied.
